This is a Campground lot lease. Built in 2013 but not placed until 2016 original owners were a couple and hardly used the trailer , current owners hardly use. Kids love the water park with kiddie slides and larger slide all with lifeguards at the ready. Huge pool with glass surrounds that overlooks the sandy beach for the lake. Both beach and pool are surrounded by lounge chairs. This year's fee has been paid and is in price.
